which due to restrictions in organizing open events due to COVID19 pandemic was performed via teleconference. It was exemplary organized by the General Secretariat for Natural Environment & Water (GSNEW) of the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy, with the assistance of the external expert EMVIS Consulting Engineers SA.  The Awareness Event took place in the context of the project «Urban water full cycle: from its source to its end-users and back to the environment, acronym of the project WATenERgy CYCLE».

The event was based on presentations of the pilot actions implemented by the project partners and the policy recommendations for water pricing, water efficiency and energy recovery in water supply networks. Specifically, during the event, the project partners presented the results of the pilot activities implemented that focused on the detection and management of water losses and energy-saving techniques in water distribution networks.
